Dr. Herman Prinsloo is a Managing Director and founder of GAP Resolve, a consulting firm focusing on change management and SAP consulting. The company recently established itself in Leuven, Belgium while keeping operations in South Africa.

Mr. Luc Fabry is the Trade and
Investment Commissioner at Flanders Investment & Trade since 2007. He is based in Johannesburg and was before in Singapore, Paris, Chicago, Atlanta and Brussels.

Mrs. Michela Ritondo is Senior Tax Expert at the Min of Finance, Belgium where she worked for the last 15 years. Before she was principal
expert in corporate tax services and expert in Transfer Pricing cases.
