The Financial Sector Transformation Council wants to enforce a provision in the Financial Sector Code under which companies that do not comply with BEE can be exposed on a type of black list.
Sakeliga will therefore apply at the High Court for a declaratory order that the relevant paragraph of the Code is unlawful and set aside.
