Sakeliga het van die geleentheid gebruik gemaak om bondige kommentaar te lewer op die voorgestelde Maatskappyewet-wysigingswetsontwerp, 2021. Sakeliga is gekant teen die voorgestelde wysigingswetsontwerp en het hierdie teenkanting aan die Departement van Handel, Nywerheid en Mededinging (dtic) bekendgemaak.
